Orders and payment
All cake orders need to be placed at least 3 days in advance.
2. Please note that your order will only be confirmed once the full payment is received. You will be notified via a confirmation email.
Collection info
Self-collection
Self-collection at Novena MRT. Exact location will be advised prior to the collection.
Collection timing will be advised after the order is confirmed.
2. Delivery
For each delivery, SGD 12 is charged. Additional SGD 5 for delivery to Sentosa Island, Jurong Island and Tuas.
Delivery timing will be advised once the order is confirmed.
3. As our cakes are chilled before collection/delivery, please allow at least 1-2 hours before consumption for the cakes to be in room temperature for better flavor and texture.
4. Please note that our delivery team can wait up to 15 minutes upon arrival at the self-collection point or delivery location.
5. If the recipient is unable to receive the delivery within 15-mininutes grace period, the order will be kept for that collection/delivery day only. The recipient will be contacted for re-delivery info. Prevailing delivery surcharges will apply for re-delivery.
6.Please note that we reserve the right to dispose the order if the order is not received on the scheduled collection/delivery day.
Changes on cake orders
Please note that once the order is confirmed, changes on cake choices or cake size will not be accepted.
2. If you would like to make changes on the delivery/collection date and time, please kindly email us at least 1 day (exclude the collection/delivery day) prior to the collection or delivery.
3. Please note that changes to delivery date and time will be subject to the availability of our delivery schedule.
Cancellation on cake orders
Please note that there will not be any refund for cancellation on confirmed cake orders.
